MICHAEL GURIN
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Renovare, Michael co-founded and ran numerous technology companies including Hygratek, MG Fuels, Cognitek Management, Cognitek Holdings and Echogen.  He has been involved in the creation of over 80 issued/pending patents related to power ​generation, advanced location-based ​systems, nanofluids, and automation technologies.  Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering as well as an MBA in corporate finance, venture capital and capital marketing analysis from the University of Michigan.

DAVID MEIS
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Renovare, David spent years analyzing public and private companies as a fundamental investment analyst, trader and investment banker.  He held various roles at Citadel, PEAK6 Investments and Goldman, Sachs & Co.  He has been involved in the issuance of more than $10bn of equity capital during his time as an investment banker and generated over $40mm in returns for investors during his time as an investment analyst and trader.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Business majoring in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
